To ensure everything is perfect, we finalize the transaction only after you have received your artwork. This confirms the successful support for the donation.

3. Your Impact is Donated

80% of the confirmed profit from your purchase is donated to social projects. Donations are made on the 24th of each month and may take 1–3 days to process.

4. See the Good You’ve Done

You can follow the impact you helped to create, on our website, official donation pages, and social media. We usually share donation updates around the 24th of each month.

Please note that this artwork is uniquely created for you, featuring a specific edition number and name.

  • No Returns: Because these items are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
  • Final Sale: All personalized sales are final once the production process has started.

Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Damaged Items: If the artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately via our contact-form or email (how@heartofworld.de).
  • Proof: To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send a photo of the damaged artwork and the packaging.
  • Replacement: In case of transit damage, we will of course provide a replacement to ensure you receive your art in perfect condition.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, sent to the address you provided during checkout.

You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment and see its delivery status.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within a few days after your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within two days, please contact us either by email or by phone.
